The course aims to provide students with: - ability to choose and use the main training methods for the different motor skills differentiating the load based on individual performance and types of sports by age and gender - ability to choose loads of training to improve performance - knowledge of the technical characteristics of the exercises and the practice for strength training in different age groups – knowlrdge of the technical principles of gymnastics.
