Learning outcomes of the course unit
The course offers a comprehensive analysis of Italian criminal procedure, including foundational principles, rules of evidence, investigation, judgments and appeals.
In order to sit criminal procedure students must have passed Foundations of private law, foundations of roman law and criminal law

Programme include the following poarts of the code of criminal procedure: III (evidence), V (investigations and preliminary hearing) VII (trial of first instance), XI (international cooperation)

Lecture-based course. Classes will offer updates on reforms of the code of criminal procedure, if any.
