Learning objectives

The student must acquire the information needed to evaluate his/her professional activity from a legal and ethical standpoint, with specific reference to ramifications within a penal, civil and insurance-social context, and to be able to recognize the principal aspects of forensic pathology.

<br />Forensic medicine as a branch of medicine: tasks and functions of forensic medicine.
