Learning objectives

The student should know the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches of infectious diseases. To achieve this objective the student should possess basic notions on the pathophysiology of infective process. The knowledge of conventional and innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies is also required.

The student should acquire the basic pathophysiology of the following diseases: A, B and C viral hepatitis, Tubercolosis, HIV infection, Infectious Mononucelosis, Infections in immunocompromised patients
