Learning outcomes of the course unit
1. to promote the overcoming of a positivist and reducitivist vision of health and the relationship between the physiotherapist and the user;
2. to supply concrete tools which will facilitate a non “reductionist” awareness in the patient.

Course contents summary
The relationship with the user and the risks connected to “medicalisation”; the critical input of the concept of the Dewey transaction; the phenomenonological pedagogy and the evaluation of intentionality and of the designs of the individual; an application through the Pellerev theory concerning the intention to act.

Materials will be distributed ad hoc and some bibliographical suggestions will be supplied.
