Learning outcomes of the course unit
This course aims to provide students with the concepts, methods and tools for the analysis and understanding of modern competitive mechanisms, and the formulation of business strategies and the management of the main company processes.
The Economics and Business Management course also aims to clarify the key steps in the evolution of management models and the main management and competitive problems for businesses.The course also aims to provide modern theoretic tools for understanding the main problems of business management, considered in both functional and process management
