Learning outcomes of the course unit
The course will introduce students to the concept of judicial interpretation in law.
In order to take the exam in Roman Law, students must have passed the following exams: Private Law Institutions and Roman Law Institutions.

Study of a selection of case law on servitudes to be chosen in civil codes annotated with maxims of jurisprudence (e.g. CIAN - TRABUCCHI, Commentario breve al Codice Civile, Padova, Cedam).
Oral and practical lesson
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam to test the knowledge gained by students of the subject under study. During the examination the non attending students will be required to show the text of the cases used in the preparation of the exam.
