Integrated course unit module: LABOUR LAW

Learning objectives

This module aims to describe labour market’s regulations, according to a systematic approach. Particularly, it will focus on the evolution of this subject according to labour market’s instances: on one hand the process of regionalisation of servizi per l’impiego, and the division of legislative competence between Regions an State after the reformation of Constitution’s Titolo V; on the other hand, reformation project which has been began by legge delega of 14th February 2003 and the subsequent decreto legislativo 10th September 2003, n. 276, which will have profound consequences on local labour market reality, mostly on employment relationship administration’s modalities.

Course unit content

lectuters will concern the following issues:

1. Employment market’s liberalization, administrative decentralization and servizi per l’impiego. – 2. Reform principles in the organization and regulation of labour market. – 3. Labour agencies. – 4. Agency work. – 5. Non – standard employment contracts – 6. Lavoro a progetto. – 7. Certification of employment contract.
