Provide some essential mathematical tools
Course contents summary
Arithmetics and algebra: mappings between sets, real numbers and inequalities, first- and second-order equations and inequalities, linear systems, systems of equations or inequalities.
Geometry and trigonometry: coordinates, angles, distance, lines and circles, elements of trigonometry, simple trigonometric equations and inequalities.
Real functions of one real variable: limits and qualitative properties, polynomials and rational functions, powers, exponentials and logarithms with their properties.
Derivatives, integrals, differential equations: basic concepts and some applications.
