Learning outcomes of the course unit
Provide detailed knowledge of consumer behaviour through research and international teaching.
Course contents summary
2005/2006 students will be selected to follow a partially EU financed intensive course on selling speciality products in Europe held with the collaboration of universities in France, Spain, the Czech Republic and Romania. Students not in receipt of a grant will take part in departmental research on the use of qualitative methodologies in consumer research aiming to identify key attributes in choosing food products.
