Learning objectives

provide Students with knowledge regarding the choice of surgical techniques in plastic surgery in the reconstruction of difficult wounds.

Prerequisites

For plastic surgery it is absolutely necessary to combine formal teaching methods with interactive learning demonstrations.

Course unit content

<br />cicatrisation of skin wounds, suturing techniques, z-plasty, skin grafts, fascial-cutaneous and musculo-cutaneous flaps, skin traumas, lesions caused by burns, caustic injuries, congelations, electric burns and radiation dermatitis.
