Student have to know : main indications and limits of genetic PD; the most important clinical chromosomal aberrations in PD; the diagnostic potential of molecular genetic for mendelian diseases in PD; basic elements of genetic counselling. <br />

 Prenatal Diagnosis: Procedures and limits Main congenital malformation and diagnostic tools. Classical and molecular cytogenetics for chromosomal aberrations. Mosaicisms in PD. Mendelian diseases and genetic testing in PD. Genetic counselling. <br />
