Learning objectives

The main goal of the course is to provide basic knowledge of family medicine and its territorial organization, in order to achieve multi professionals integration (team activity) , the continuity of health care program for chronic diseases, the active partecipation of patient and families (empowerment, health education and therapeutic education of caregivers).

Organization of the National Health Service
The Planning and organization of health services in - hospital and out the hospital
Bio-psycho-social and economic influences on the different health needs of people and health operators.
New demands and new organizations.
Medical associations and the burden of work of general practitioners.
The possible evolution of the organization of general internal medicine on the territory.
The Regional and National Health Systems tenability : the demand and supply of services, the accessibility, timeliness, the resources , the competence of professionals,etc.
Multiprofessional and social health integration.
