Topics: bronchial asthma; chronic bronchitis; pulmonary emphysema; respiratory failure; pneumonia and bronchopneumonia; bronchiectasis; pulmonary tuberculosis; pneumoconiosis; idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; sarcoidosis; extrinsic allergic alveolitis; lung cancer and benign lung neoplasms; pulmonary metastasis; mediastinal tumors and pleural tumors; pneumothorax, pleuritis and pleural empyema; angina pectoris; acute myocardial infarction; ischemic heart disease; sudden cardiac death; pericarditis; hypokinetic and hyperkinetic arrhythmias; heart failure and congestive heart failure; acute pulmonary edema; pulmonary thromboembolism; cor pulmonale; mitral stenosis and mitral regurgitation; aortic stenosis and aortic regurgitation; hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy; hypertensive vascular disease; primary and secondary cardiac tumors; aortic dissection; thoracic aortic aneurysm; chronic peripheral arteriopathy; acute arterial occlusion; aortic aneurysm and peripheral arteries aneurysm; supra-aortic arterial stenosis; peripheral varicose veins; deep vein thrombosis; arteriosclerosis and arteritis. <br />
