Learning objectives

Reach the optimal management skills odontostomatological medical and surgical patient with systemic diseases. Achieve optimal skills in the diagnosis, prevention, and medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the mucous membranes and bone oro-maxillofacial region. Update on the use of lasers and new technologies in dentistry.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the pathogenesis and clinical aspects of the disease mucosa and bone of the district oro-maxillofacial surgery. Knowledge of biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, general pathology, medical and surgical pathology, pathological anatomy, pharmacology

Discussion of clinical cases ongoing and final oral examination.

Other information

The course is complemented by the free participation of students in scientific local, national and international organized as part of the clinic, oncology, pathology and oral surgery and the use of lasers and new technologies in dentistry. Students assist in prevention projects promoted by the associations and national medical and dental providers and from 'Order of Physicians, Surgeons and Dentists.
