Systematical and regional knowledge of human body structure as histology.
Prerequisites

Course contents summary
Program
Respiratory System: microscopic anatomy of the upper and lower airways, lung and pleurae.
Digestive System: microscopic anatomy of the digestive tract and related glands.
Reproductive System: general characteristics. Female reproductive system: microscopic anatomy of the ovary, uterine tube, uterus and vagina; morphology and structure of the uterine and ovarian cycles. Male reproductive system: morphology and structure of the testis, epididymis, prostate.
Urinary System: microscopic Anatomy of the kidney; cytology of the nephron, ureter and bladder.
Endocrine System: morphology, architecture and structure of the endocrine glands: adeno and neuro-hypophysis, thyroid, parathyroid, cromaffine system, widespread neuro-endocrine system, adrenal gland, endocrine pancreas.
Neuroanatomy: microscopic anatomy of the spinal cord, cerebellum and brain cortex. Structure of the peripheral nerve and ganglia.
