INTERACTIONS BETWEEN BIOLOGICAL MACROMOLECULES AND DRUGS
Learning outcomes of the course unit
The aim of the module is the acquisition of the molecular bases of the interaction between drugs and biological macromolecules and of a number of biochemical, biotechnological and computational approaches to the design and production of drugs.
Knowledge of biochemistry.

Molecules with anti-inflammatory activities.
Molecules with oestrogenic and anti-oestrogenic activities.
HINT, a natural forcefield for the screening and design of drugs.
Scientific articles in English provided by the teacher.
