PRIVATE LAW
Learning outcomes of the course unit
The aim of the course is to identify the fundamental lines of the private law system through an analysis of some principles of private law.

1. Introduction;
2. The legal system. Legal sources and interpretation of legal standards. ;
3.The legal relation;
4.The subjects: natural persons, legal persons and non-personified bodies.
5.Personality rights (Law on the protection of personal data;
6. The obligations deriving from an illegal act.

An updated manual on private law. The following are recommended:

Preparation of the year-end examination necessitates good knowledge of the Constitution, the Civil Code and some of the laws associated with it: for this reason, an updated version of the Civil Code is recommended, to be chosen at the student's discretion.
Teaching methods
Lectures and classroom discussion with students.
Chosen by the student: written exam at the end of the unit, or an oral exam on the basis of the exam schedule.
