Learning objectives
<br />The course is designed to give students the fundamental notions on the most important crimes concerning banckruptcy and the criminal law of corporations
Prerequisites
<br />We strongly advice the student to take the exam of Commercial Criminal Law after having passed the exam of Criminal Law
Course unit content
<br />This course will have as its main objective the study of the most important crimes in the field of bankruptcy e company crimes with reference to the principles of the general part of Criminal Law
