Learning objectives

<p>The course focuses on more in-depth knowledge of  any parts of the private law system and, in particular, succession, will and donation.</p>

Prerequisites

<p>In order to sit the Civil law examination 1, students must have passed the Principles of Private law and Principles of Roman law examinations.<br />

Teaching methods

<p>The course subject is systematically treated in the oral lessons. Seminars intended to examine the most recent jurisprudential developments may be organized. </p>
