Course contents summary
Course title: The political use of justice in the modern era. The course will be formed by a general first part which will outline the main historiographical lines of the problem, and by a second part, in seminar form, which will be dedicated to specific reading on the subject.
Voltaire, Trattato sulla tolleranza, Milano, Feltrinelli, 2004 with documents and essays relating to the subject to be analysed.
Evaluation by course work and written exam.
