<br />Development of an analytical method: criteria. Sampling, sample extraction and sample storing criteria. Extraction recovery. Evaluation of matrix effects: systematic errors. Development of and extraction method. Experimental design thecniques for the sample extraction optimization. Liquid-liquid extraction. Soxhlet extraction. Solvent-free extraction thecnique for volatile and semi-volatile compounds. Simultaneous extraction-distillation process. Static head space (SHS). Dinamic head space (DHS). Purge and trap (P&T).
