To provide a deep knowledge of the rules of law concerning the profession of pharmacist who works in pharmacy, a social sanitary service, and in other connected areas.

Notices of the European Directives concerning themedicinals and of the profession of pharmacist.Italian and European Pharmacophoeia.Health Italian Organisation. Ministry of Health, LocalHealth Autority.National Health Service, Classification of the pharmacies and rules about theirdislocation in the territory. Management of the pharmacy.The profession of pharmacist. National and local professional association. Ethics.Liability of the pharmacist. The supervision of the practise of pharmacist.The physician¿s prescriptions. Classification of medicinals: pharmaceuticalspeciality, generic, over the counter (OTC), galenic preparations.Rules of law concerning production, conservation andtrade of the medicinal.Veterinary medicinals.Homeopathic formulations.Narcotics and poisons.Other medical products: medical devices, diagnosticsin vitro and biocides. Rules of law concerning cosmetic products, herbalproducts, foods and drinks sold in pharmacy.
