<br />To provide a deep knowledge of the rules of law concerning the profession of pharmacist who works in pharmacy, a social sanitary service, and in other connected areas.

<br />Notices of the European Directives concerning themedicinals and of the profession of pharmacist.<br />Italian and European Pharmacophoeia.<br />Health Italian Organisation. Ministry of Health, LocalHealth Autority.<br />National Health Service, <br />Classification of the pharmacies and rules about theirdislocation in the territory. Management of the pharmacy.<br />The profession of pharmacist. <br />National and local professional association. <br />Ethics.<br />Liability of the pharmacist. <br />The supervision of the practise of pharmacist.<br />The physician’s prescriptions. <br />Classification of medicinals: pharmaceuticalspeciality, generic, over the counter (OTC), galenic preparations.<br />Rules of law concerning production, conservation andtrade of the medicinal.<br />Veterinary medicinals.<br />Homeopathic formulations.<br />Narcotics and poisons.<br />Other medical products: medical devices, diagnosticsin vitro and biocides. <br />Rules of law concerning cosmetic products, herbalproducts, foods and drinks sold in pharmacy.
