To provide a deep knowledge of the rules of law concerning the profession of pharmacist who works in pharmacy, a social sanitary service, and in other connected areas.

The profession of pharmacist.

Liability of the pharmacist.
The supervision of the practise of pharmacist.
The physician’s prescriptions.
Classification of medicinals: pharmaceuticalspeciality, generic, over the counter (OTC), galenic preparations.
Rules of law concerning production, conservation andtrade of the medicinal.
Narcotics and poisons.
Other medical products: medical devices, diagnosticsin vitro and biocides.
Rules of law concerning cosmetic products, herbalproducts, foods and drinks sold in pharmacy.
