Learning objectives

The course provides the student with basic knowledge about toxicodynamics and toxicokinetics and the most important poisonings affecting the horse

Course unit content

Provide the student with basic knowledge about general Toxicology regarding certain class of drugs. The student will have to know the mechanisms of action of  mycotoxins, rodenticides and most important pesticides and the problem of doping in sport <br />
