Learning outcomes of the course unit
To provide students with a knowledge of diets for dairy cows in the zootechnic reality of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Students are required to have passed the Food Nutrition and Feed Technology exam.
Course contents summary
Guided tours of zootechnic companies and dairy farms, with particular emphasis on the relationship between diet and milk quality.
There will be an oral exam in which students must demonstrate to have acquired competency in this subject.
