Course contents summary
Students will take part in interactive computer assisted simulations concerning epidemiological surveys in case of food poisoning outbreaks. Special emphasis will be placed on (a) statistical methods that can be used to identify any suspect food and (b) comparing the frequency of the disease in exposed and non-exposed groups.
