Course unit content
The first lesson of the course concerns topics of a general nature, topics such as the sources of law, the criminal law general part with reference to institutions such as the objective and subjective element of the crime, the causal link, the causes of justification and the imputability. The second part of the course is aimed at dealing with the criminal law of sport.
Full programme
Sources of law: primary sources and secondary sources, sources of production and sources of knowledge, structure of our criminal code, crimes and offenses, subjective and objective element of the crime, causation, causes of justification, structure of criminal proceedings: organs and degrees of judgment. The difference between state and sporting regulations, doping, offenses in competitive sports competitions, personal injuries, beatings, sports fraud, the abusive exercise of gambling or betting activities and the so-called stadium offenses.
