The course has the goal to form students to communicate in a good way to prevent and solve critical and conflictual relationships in working ambience.

Course contents summary
The contents of the lessons of sociology of cultural and communicative processes are about the meaning of communication, its role and importance to maintain good relationships also in lavorative ambience.

Teaching methods
Besides lectures, students will be involve to perform what they have learned.
Assessment methods and criteria
It will be proposed a written exam to check the acquisition of knowledge and competence about the course contents. Students should answer to two questions. The pass-mark will be obtained if student answer to one question at least.
