The workshop aims to provide qualifying skills particularly in the development of nursing competence.

Course unit content
The exercises are designed to introduce students to the vocational training through simulation and observation. Provide an opportunity to strengthen the link between theory and practice, with particular attention to the application of the concepts related to the course of general nursing methodology 1. They shall submit to reflection and critical analysis of the theoretical principles and values of the nursing profession.
At the end of the workshop, students will be able to: recognize the signs and symptoms of both normal and altered; Choose rating scales and measuring instruments; run formulate questions to ascertain subjective and recognize the factors that may affect the functionality.

Teaching methods
The activity is divided into meetings of students in small groups. The meetings are held in the mode: role playing, exercises, brain-stormig, individual study and plenary lectures.
A final meeting will be discussion and elaboration of the experience, in small groups, with tutors.
Assessment methods and criteria
At the end of the teaching activity, there is a monitoring and evaluation will be expressed in terms of "suitable" or "unsuitable", provided that allows the student to attend the training.
