Integrated course unit module: PSYCHOLOGY APPLIED TO SOCIAL DYNAMICS AND LABOUR

Learning objectives

The aim is to introduce a new approach to study the health system that nowadays has to deal with problems more related to management and organization than clinic issues.
The core aspects of organizational and human resources psychology will be applied to healthcare context with the aim of providing tools for diagnosis and development of the new professional roles that operate in this context. These tools can be useful for health systems governance.
