Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course, the student will: - have the basic knowledge to understand how physical activity affects the quality of life.

Applying knowledge and understanding
The fundamental knowledge of the practice of the main programs individual

Making judgements
Students must be able to sustain a discussion with elements of the the body knows , from the functional point of view, how it responds and adapts exercise, to guarantee a smooth running of the protocols work in the healthy subject.

Communication skills
The student must possess sufficient technical language

The student must be able to read a simple scientific text with anatomical content

Relationships between physical activity and health: effects of physical activity on quality of life. Volume and type of physical exercise required to obtain the benefits required for the achievement of a good level of physical efficiency.
The nociceptive system: the ascending pathways of pain. Activation of the networks of pain modulation (enkephalins, endorphins). Mechanisms of inhibition of pain.
