Learning objectives

This module is part of the Integrated Course of Fundamentals of Risk Prevention in Workplaces I. The module aims to provide students with a knowledge of both legislative and practical to quantify the occupational hazards present in the workplace.

Course unit content

The first part of the course concerns the role of the technician in the prevention of occupational and work-related major diseases. The second part of the course concerns the understanding of diseases from work, in particular those resulting from exposure to dust, toxic metals and, more in general, the occupational carcinogenic.

Labor legislation, disorders from dust, allergies, diseases metals, occupational carcinogens, noise.
