Learning outcomes of the course unit
Within the scope of the integrated course, the unit aims to provide students with elements and cultural tools for setting up suitable ex vivo and in vitro models for studying physiopathological mechanisms of diseases.

The extracellular matrix and tissue dissociation
Culture of animal cells
Transfer of gene material
Assessment of cell viability and proliferation
Assessment of cytotoxicity
