Learning objectives

The course focuses on more in-depth knowledge of any parts of the private law system and, in particular,successions, will and donation.

Prerequisites

In order to sit the Civil law examination 1, students must have passed the Principles of Private law and Principles of Roman law examinations.
Students must have passed the Civil law examination 1 to sit the Civil law examination 2.

Teaching methods

The course subject is systematically treated in the oral lessons (48 hours). Seminars intended to examine the most recent jurisprudential developments will be organized (12 hours).

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral exam with regard to the whole programme. Minimum application skills will be required in the resolution of specific cases.
