Practical manufacturing of some food products and carrying out of verification test to assess their conformity to quality and safety requirements
Assessment methods and criteria
Written test on all the practical demonstrations, underlining the critical points of each process.
Attendance to laboratory demonstrations is obligatory.
Availability for travels within 100 kilometres to access to specialised laboratories.
