Learning outcomes of the course unit
Analytical and logical argumentative comptence relating to the various models of knowledge and to the aestetic mediums and languages. Ability in analysis and discussion of the theories and models of contemporary aesthetics.
The student must possess knowledges concerning the history of modern and contemporary philosophy

Aesthetics (6 CFU)
The course aims at reconsidering the actuality of the aesthetic theories of Walter Benjamin, Theodore Adorno and Herbert Marcuse, focusing on the relationship between culture and power. To each author will be granted the same amount of hours (10)
