To acquire the theoretical knowledge needed to understand and put into practice the basic techniques to be used in the Pathological Anatomy laboratories, including, among the others: tissue processing for histopatology, sectioning and staining (histochemical, immunohistochemical) of histological slides, application of molecular biology techniques to the study of pathological processes
Knowledge of the basis of histology.
