Learning Outcomes
The student at the end of the course, will have to demonstrate knowledge and understanding about:
- The meaning of EBN
- The meaning of the scientific journal

Course unit content

The course of Research Methodology and EBM includes lectures designed to provide the student with knowledge and understanding of elements of statistics and epidemiology useful for the planning of scientific research as well as elements of building a scientific research both qualitative and quantitative. The course includes a laboratory that then repeats the themes that are carried out through lectures in other modules. The practical activity practical activity is to work with experienced researchers with active participation in the search path. Issues such as the evaluation of the quality of a scientific journal, the meaning of a bibliographic citation, the analysis of catalogs and bibliographic banks, the choice of keywords, the construction of a scientific publication can be addressed in the field.
