Acquisition of specialistic knowledge in the field of the international protection of human rights
COURSE CONTENTS SUMMARY
Introduction to international law and basic notions (subjects, sources, responsibility, settlement of disputes,adjustment of internal law to international law). The protection of human rights: the protection of women's rights; the protection of children's rights; the European Convention for the protection of human rights.
