INFORMATION FOR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES
The University of Parma is open to exchange students from its partner institutions from all over the world, both in the framework of the various Exchange Programmes (Erasmus+, Erasmus+ ICM, Overworld, Vulcanus, etc.) and the running bilateral agreements.
The University of Parma partner institutions and their students and staff selected for an exchange period may find here all information concerning the nomination process and the useful institutional information.

Exchange students nomination procedure
Partner Universities are required to send the list of students selected for an exchange period at the University of Parma by using the Excel nomination file provided here.
The Nomination deadline for Full Year and 1st Semester (September to January) mobilities is May 15th 2021; The Nomination deadline for 2nd Semester mobilities (February to July) is October 31st 2021.
How to proceed:
- Insert the nominated students details in the provided Excel file template. Please do not make any structural changes to this document in order to avoid any inconveniences or errors during the upload process.
- Once filled out, upload the Excel file to our nomination webpage. During the upload process, you are to kindly indicate the Exchange Programme for which the nominations are made, the Country of Origin, and your Institution. After a double-check of the completeness and correctness of the uploaded data, confirm the nominations.
Some useful notes:
- Should you need to upload nominations for multiple programmes (i.e. simple Exchange and a Double Degree), please use a single excel file for all your nominations, indicating therein the correct programmes for which the students are nominated. During the upload process, select only one of the programmes you are uploading for.
- To make changes to your nominations (i.e. review data, add or withdraw nominations etc.) after you have completed the initial nomination procedure, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Partner University and the nominated students will receive a confirmation e-mail once we will have processed the nominations (not an automatic answer).
All nominated students will receive instructions on the administrative procedures and required documents regarding their mobility. A series of webinars will be organized for the students, in order to facilitate the application process and prepare them for their arrival in Parma.
