Degree application request

The graduation application procedure is exclusively online and can be accessed from the personal area of Esse3 by clicking on the menu item Laurea\Esame Finale>Conseguimento Titolo (on the right-hand side of the screen), from which the "Graduation application form" screen will appear, where you can start filling in the "Degree application request".

Please note that, for students enrolled in a degree or a PhD course, before applying for graduation, it is necessary to proceed from 'Register/Access to Alma Laurea' to register with AlmaLaurea and fill in the on-line assessment questionnaire. The receipt of completion is automatically acknowledged by the system without the need to attach it to the application or hand it in to the student registry office.

After completing the procedure, the system automatically generates the graduation fee of € 16.00 (payable via PagoPA); if the student has requested the parchment, the revenue stamp (€ 16.00) will also be charged.

The payment of the revenue stamp for the parchment already paid for a previous appeal will be considered valid.

In the event of a postponement of the graduation session, the student registry office must be notified in good time. It will then be necessary to fill in again the online application for the following session by paying only the virtual stamp duty of € 16.00 of the application payable via PagoPA (online or on paper by printing the payment notice).

In each academic year, the last useful session for obtaining the title is the special session, scheduled approximately in March/April. Students graduating in the special session are not required to pay contributions for the following academic year.
