GRADUATIONS (Double Degree students)
How to deliver your dissertation.
We inform you that the University has implemented a new procedure on the ESSE 3 Platform to present your graduation application and to upload your dissertation document.
In order to avoid the physical presence at the administrative offices, each student can easily access the platform and upload the thesis (PDF format) and its attachments (PDF format), submitting them to the approval of the Supervisor and the Professor (Supervisor) can approve or decline the application.
To those who have already submitted their works, they do not need to implement further actions.
From March 9th, as per the adopted measures, all students will have to follow the online procedure.
On the Atheneum web portal, you can find a practical guide for students and teachers.
The Graduation dates and the deadlines to deliver the thesis will be published by the Departments and the Faculty Councils on their web pages and an extraordinary graduation session is foreseen by June 15th 2020 (academic year 2018-2019) following the schedules established by each Department and published online, together with the useful information and deadlines.
This session is open to students that already submitted their thesis or that prefer to avoid the online graduations.
No extraordinary fees will be asked for this session which is not yet confirmed, due to the current situation and the Covid19 precautionary measures.
