The Vice Rector is designated by the Rector to replace him when absent or unable to preside.
This body defines the fundamental guidelines through which the University develops its teaching and research activities and student services.
It is composed of the Rector, the Department Directors, 5 student representatives, 3 staff representatives, 6 faculty members representatives.
The Board of Administration, according to the functional lines defined by the Academic Senate, supervises and deliberates on general administration, financial affairs and property management of the University. It is composed of the Rector, 2 extrernal members, 4 representatives of the academic staff, 2 student representatives and 1 staff representative.
The "Direttore Generale" - Senior Executive Officer supervises the administrative and accounting offices in synergy with the Board of Administration. He/she is in charge of managing the student services, the university assets and the administrative and technical staff.
