Learning objectives

The course aims to provide students with a method for study and further research by illustrating the basic topics and issues of contract law both in theory and in practice.

Prerequisites

In order to take the Civil Law II exam students must have passed the following exams: Private Law Institutions, Roman Law Institutions and Civil Law I.

Teaching methods

The course will be based on traditional lectures, with possible seminar meetings aimed at a greater understanding of matters of law. <br />
The exam consists of an oral test which will cover all parts of the study programme. <br />
For attending students the oral test may be preceded by a written test, the form of which will be announced publicly. <br />
